ORDERING: We have been in business for a long time now – we understand that ordering cane can be “tricky” regarding quantities & sizes. We have taken the view that the majority of customers prefer to “speak to a human” rather than “order & get it wrong”. This reduces customers ordering too much, not enough (and having to pay more postage when reordering) or worse, ordering the incorrect size & running into problems further down the line.
PRODUCT CUT TO SIZE (i.e. Sheet Cane Cut Off The Roll) CANNOT BE RETURNED SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ASK FOR THE CORRECT PRODUCT AND CORRECT SIZE.
For the above reasons, we have taken the view that it is less problematic to send your INITIAL enquiry by email (please include your telephone number on your email) & we can call you back in order to pay over the phone or direct to our Bank after speaking to us… therefore, our website is VIEWING ONLY.

PAYMENT: ALL prices include VAT but do not include Postage and Packing.
SAMPLES: Whilst we are happy to send Free of Charge samples – any more than five samples prohibit us sending as a large letter & postage will need to be paid for in advance. Due to such HIGH demand of samples (& cost) these will usually take a couple of days to prepare & will be sent via 2nd Class Post.
Please understand that the colour of Rattan CAN vary from Roll to Roll & at different times- it is a NATURAL product
All rattan darkens with age & starts off a “light” colour… we are unable to say that the sample will be an EXACT match to future orders.
If this is not acceptable you should not use Rattan.
Remember when ordering, please state size of cane by No. or size (i.e. mm).
